Booking & Cancellation Policy

At All In Beauty & Wellness Spa, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with a relaxing and seamless experience. To ensure the best service for all clients, please review our updated booking and cancellation policies below.

Booking Requirements

A valid credit card is required to remain on file at the time of booking. Certain services, treatments, and spa party reservations may require a prepayment or deposit to secure and confirm the appointment. By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with all spa booking policies, cancellation terms, and payment requirements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Free cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% service charge based on the total scheduled service amount. Clients needing to modify or reschedule their appointment must do so within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Spa Party Reservations

Spa party bookings may require a non-refundable deposit, advance confirmation of guest count, and a valid payment method on file. For parties larger than 10 guests, additional booking coordination may be required through our inquiry process.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment or spa party with All In Beauty & Wellness Spa, clients acknowledge and agree to all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and payment policies outlined above.
