Spa Policies & Booking Agreement

Welcome to All In Beauty & Wellness Spa. We are committed to providing every guest with a relaxing, professional, and luxury spa experience. Please review our policies carefully before booking your appointment or spa party reservation.

By scheduling an appointment or completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms.

Booking Requirements

A valid credit card is required to remain on file for all appointments and spa party reservations. Certain services and group bookings may require a deposit or prepayment to secure the appointment time.

Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmation has been received from our team.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service amount.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients needing to modify or reschedule their appointments must do so at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees or penalties.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Repeated no-show appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Spa Party Reservations

Spa party reservations may require:

  • A non-refundable deposit
  • Advance guest confirmation
  • A valid payment method on file

For parties larger than 10 guests, additional booking coordination may be required through our inquiry process.

Payment Policies

Accepted payment methods may include major credit/debit cards and approved installment payment providers when available.

Prepaid deposits and completed payments may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and the services reserved.

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment, spa service, or spa party with All In Beauty & Wellness Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking policies, cancellation terms, rescheduling guidelines, payment requirements, and no-show policies outlined above.

Agreement Confirmation

Clients must acknowledge and accept these policies before completing any booking or checkout process. Failure to agree to these terms may prevent appointment confirmation.
